Kristina Zalnieraite, who heads nutrition for Keto Cycle, said their data team wanted to identify the actions that contributed to the most success. The data suggests people who lost weight on Keto were consciously aware of what they were going to eat for their next meal.
The data found that those who lost the most amount of water engaged in four common activities: they created a grocery list, tracked their weight and water intake, and prepared some of their meals in advance. Their data team analyzed gender, age, total time on the app, user engagement, height, initial weight and last recorded weight as part of their research. The study involved 10,269 users on the Keto Cycle app. The research also identified the biggest factors leading to successful weight loss on the Keto diet. New data from the Keto Cycle app has found users who create a grocery shop list days in advance are most likely to lose 10 percent or more of their body weight.
